Podcast thumbnail for a persuasion lab for B2B sellers and aspiring millonaires

I am seeking an engaging podcast ... The podcast is called Persuasion Lab and is focused on helping sales professionals and frankly anyone learn how to become better ... persuasion and communication are at the heart of all ... "To know and not be understood is not to ..." No matter how knowledgeable you are, no one will know your expertise if you cannot articulate yourself ... The difference with me is that I have a neuroscience degree as well as almost... years of sales ... My purpose is to dispel a lot of common myths and mistakes out there about how to persuade someone and how buyers buy products and services in the B2B ... I talk a lot about neuroscience and behavioural psychology behind persuasion and interview experts from all over the world that cover a wide range of perspectives all focused on ... I have branding colours that I would like to ... I have attached this in the logo ... I don't want the company name in the thumbnail but it might be nice to keep the logo image so that there is continuity for the viewer/... I want my podcast to really stand out, so any designs that look similar to others in look and feel is really not what I am looking ... For example, Joe Rogan's design really stands out or Ben Azadi's Keto Camp ... I also would like the thumbnail to have a cartoon-like ... It is a serious podcast where we discuss serious topics, but we also don't wish to take ourselves too ... For example, a cartoon image of a monkey in a lab coat or holding a magnifying glass could be a good ... I want the visual & design to convey the following ethos: - challenging assumptions and conventional wisdom - professional and thorough but do not take ourselves too ... Having ... - Scientific rigour - Neuroscience/brain/behavioural psychology
